Hi, I'm Bryan, a results-driven Technical Program Management leader.
As a TPM leader at Beachbody, I directly impact our end-to-end offerings: from my time managing DevOps and improving our infrastructure, through my time launching consumer programs such as gamification.
I designed and trained a company-wide Software Development Lifecycle Framework, defining how software is built across all departments of the company.
As a manager, I built and led a high-performing team of nine scrum masters, successfully delivering predictability across multiple domains including DevOps, backend, video, web, Android, iOS, TV and design teams.
All my work is rooted in delivering results. Beachbody's BODi app just earned CNN's best workout app award. My projects boosted DAU/MAU by 23%, increased MoM retention by 6%, and doubled uptake of previously released features.
Last, I'm passionate about leveraging AI to build my own apps, and code for my own personal projects.
